By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website ("the Site"), you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Ownership of content
All material on the Site is owned by the Company or is used by the Company under licence. This includes, without limitation:

All rights in the above are expressly reserved. The Company's rights are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Designs Act, 2000, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the corresponding laws of other countries, together with applicable international treaties.
3. What you may do
You are permitted to view the pages of the Site in a web browser on your own device, for the sole purpose of learning about the Company and its products in order to make a business enquiry. Temporary copies made automatically by your browser in the course of ordinary viewing are permitted, and no more than that.
Any other use requires our prior written permission. See clause 6.
4. What you may not do
Except with our prior written permission, you must not, whether for commercial gain or for personal, private, internal or non-commercial purposes:
- copy, download, save, screenshot, screen-record, print, scan or otherwise reproduce any image, video, drawing or text from the Site;
- republish, upload, post, transmit, broadcast, display or make available any content from the Site on any website, application, social media account, marketplace listing, catalogue, brochure, presentation, tender document, quotation, advertisement or printed material;
- distribute, sell, rent, lease, sub-licence, assign or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the Site;
- modify, edit, crop, re-colour, translate, adapt or create derivative works from any content from the Site;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, watermark, logo, part number or other proprietary marking appearing on or with the content;
- present any content from the Site as your own, or as the product, capability or work of any other person or business;
- frame, mirror, deep-link into or hotlink any page or asset of the Site so that it appears within another website or application;
- use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, bulk downloader or other automated means to access, index, harvest or extract content from the Site, except by general-purpose search engines indexing the Site for ordinary search results;
- use any content from the Site — in particular the product photographs — to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate or populate any dataset, machine-learning model, artificial intelligence system or generative model;
- use the images, drawings or specifications on the Site to reverse engineer, copy, replicate, quote for or manufacture any component, in whole or in part; or
- use the Company's names, marks or logos in any domain name, business name, social media handle, metadata, keyword, advertisement or search listing, or in any way that suggests an association with, endorsement by or agency of the Company where none exists.
These restrictions apply to every part of the Site, including the Gallery and the product showcase, and they apply irrespective of whether the content carries an individual copyright notice.
5. No licence granted
Nothing on the Site and nothing in these terms grants you any licence, right, title or interest in any intellectual property of the Company, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Making content technically accessible through a browser is not a permission to use it. Sharing a quotation, a drawing or a sample with you in the course of business does not transfer any right in it either.
6. Requesting permission
If you wish to use any content from the Site — for example a distributor wanting to show our product photographs, or a publication wanting to reproduce an image — write to us at lohshreeind@gmail.com setting out exactly what you want to use, where it will appear and for how long. Permission is valid only if given by us in writing, is limited to the use described, and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Enforcement
Unauthorised use of the Company's content is an infringement of its intellectual property rights and may also be an offence. The Company actively monitors for misuse of its product photographs and reserves the right, without further notice, to:
- issue takedown notices to the infringing party, its hosting provider, domain registrar, search engine or social media platform;
- seek injunctive relief, damages, an account of profits, delivery-up and costs before the competent courts; and
- initiate civil and criminal proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
If you become aware of any misuse of our content, please report it to lohshreeind@gmail.com.
8. Product information, images and specifications
The products shown on the Site are illustrative of the Company's manufacturing capability. Photographs show components previously manufactured by us and are representative only — actual dimensions, materials, finish, tolerances and appearance are fixed for each order against the customer's drawings, specifications and our written confirmation.
Product listings, descriptions, size ranges and technical details on the Site are provided for general information, do not form part of any contract, and are subject to change without notice as designs and processes are improved. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a warranty, or a representation that any particular item is in stock or available.
9. Enquiries, quotations and orders
The Site is an information and enquiry platform. No prices are published and no orders can be placed or payments made through it. An enquiry made by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail creates no obligation on either side.
A binding contract arises only when the Company issues a written quotation or order confirmation and the customer accepts it in writing or by placing a purchase order that we acknowledge. The supply of goods is then governed by the terms of that quotation, order confirmation, delivery challan and invoice — including price, taxes, delivery schedule, packing, freight, inspection, payment terms and warranty. In the event of any conflict, those commercial terms prevail over these website terms in respect of the supply.
10. Drawings and information you send us
Where you send us drawings, specifications, samples or technical data for the purpose of an enquiry or an order, we treat them as confidential and use them only to quote for and manufacture your requirement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the material you send us and that our use of it for the purpose of your order will not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from a breach of that confirmation.
11. Availability and accuracy of the Site
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep the information current and accurate, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses, or that any information on it is complete or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any reliance placed on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects the Company's obligations under an accepted order, which are governed by clause 9.
13. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, and to your telephone and e-mail applications. It also loads fonts and a stylesheet framework from third-party content delivery networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
14. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
- introduce any virus, trojan, worm or other malicious code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;
- place an unreasonable load on the Site by automated requests or otherwise; or
- interfere with any other person's use of the Site.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site are governed by the laws of India. The courts and tribunals at Navi Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
